The following terms govern the use of the website of Datasure Learning Systems Limited trading as Mycoach Online Academy [“Mycoach”], whose registered office is located at 9 Laperouse Street, Eau Coulée, Curepipe, Mauritius. (Company registration number: C14120170). Monarch Institute of Management is a sister brand offering classroom and in-house training.

By using or visiting the website, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and to follow these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Mycoach Online Academy.

All individuals, instructors and corporates, agree to use the information on the website for information purposes only.

Mycoach does not promise that the website will be error free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the website. The results on the website are delivered at an “at the time available” basis.

Mycoach, does not endorse the content of any third party website, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer.

Mycoach will respond promptly if you let us know when we do not meet your needs or keep our promise.

All queries, complaints and/or requests should be done in writing by email to us.

Course Cancellations & Refunds

Online Courses (Distance Learning)

Under this refund policy you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 5 consecutive days (cancellation period) from the date on which the payment was confirmed as received. Please note that, the right to cancel will not apply, after we issue your login detail [by email] for online study platform. Your cancellation request should be done by email to us.

If you choose to cancel within the cancellation period you will receive a refund of the price within 30 days if you are eligible for refunds.

If we posted any study material to you, you should return them to us before the refund.

Please allow up to 2 working days to receive your online training details (Login details).

Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund. All refund requests can be sent to info@mycoach.mu.

Course User Changing (Account transferring)

You are not allowed to transferring your account to someone else once your login details are sent. Account transferring can be requested by email. However, you may purchase a course for another person. Just send us an email with all details of the person, make the payment and we shall send him/her all the relevant login details.

Course Postpone

Online Courses (Live online courses);

All courses are taken online, either on Mycoach platform or third party partner websites. Only live courses taken online can be subject to postponement. You will be informed in advance of any postponement.

Refund Procedure

Any refund will take take up to 30 days to process.

Mycoach Online Academy does not guarantee employment to any student as a result of purchasing and attending any of its training courses. However, we are confident with our tutors and certain that you receive the best training.

Mycoach Online Academy reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Please check this page on a regular basis.

We do not store customer credit card details.

Your Online Course Login Details or Online Classroom Enrolment Confirmation will be delivered within 1 to 72hrs from the time your payment for the course purchased is received.
